Start with the part of the relationship you want to keep: live feedback, a standing appointment or support between sessions.
If you valued a person who learned your situation and challenged your thinking, look for live coaching. Use the ICF coach-finding resources to begin your shortlist.
Ask for an ICF credential and check it. Check the credential’s training and experience requirements. Use the ICF credential directory to verify a name before you pay.
Ask how each coach would work on your situation. Get the session fee, session length, message support and cancellation terms in writing. A credential verifies training and experience; an introductory conversation helps you judge fit.

When your coach asks how the week went, you can bring a meeting you chose to record. GameTape reviews that meeting alongside your observed work and surfaces moments worth revisiting.
